The discussion will deepen understanding of trade and the USMCA, highlighting how the right trade frameworks can drive innovation, support American businesses, and deliver benefits to communities nationwide. The panel will also address the escalating threat of network vandalism and the pressing need to protect the critical infrastructure that supports our economy, emergency services, businesses, and the everyday communications on which Americans depend. Our speakers will also provide guidance on how Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program funds can be allocated to expand broadband access.
