Through gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi Qigong, calming meditation, and simple breathwork practices, you’ll reconnect with your life force and experience deep renewal — physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Qigong is a gentle movement practice from China that help the body to heal and re-balance itself, cultivates strong life force, inner strength, emotional resilience, mental equilibrium and stress reduction. Research has shown that the practice has similar beneficial results as aerobic exercise, without stress and strain on the joints.
What to Expect:
