The ODM (Organizational Development & Management Convening) is a day and a half intensive for mid-senior-level managers and executive leadership of Community Based HIV prevention and surveillance programs and their local collaborative partners. The convening will serve as an opportunity for participants to assess organizational strategies and evaluate their technical skills to develop forward-thinking organizations that are equipped to implement HIV prevention strategies in alignment with priorities of the U.S. Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) goals.

Info: Participants will learn budgeting strategies tailored for nonprofit settings, how to effectively manage and maximize grant funding, and best practices for maintaining compliance and accountability. The session will also cover third-party billing systems; including an overview of 340B and how these systems can be leveraged to support financial sustainability and program expansion.
Info: Learn how to prepare your organization for successful fiscal and programmatic audits by understanding key compliance requirements, avoiding common red flags, and effectively responding to audit findings. This session will also offer strategies for maintaining service continuity and organizational stability throughout the audit process.
