We’re bringing Leandro & Nayara back to DC for a full weekend of learning and social dancing! They’re known for their detailed ways of breaking down zouk technique and offering ways to improve your connection, musicality, and style. They’ll be joined by Iago & Vanessa, internationally renowned lambada and Brazilian zouk instructors who recently moved to DC.
We’ll have:
- 8.5 hours of multi-level workshops
- Two night socials
- Lots of learning and fun
We’re using a new venue for us for Friday and Sunday - a ballroom studio in Alexandria with beautiful wood floors. Saturday we’ll be at Glen Echo for afternoon workshops and an outdoor evening social in the Bumper Car Pavilion to enjoy some nice fall weather.

WORKSHOP LEVELS
- Friday and Saturday evenings are open to dancers of all levels.
- Saturday afternoon workshops are for students who are comfortable with Brazilian zouk basics. For District Zouk students, you should be at least in Basics 3 or above.
- Sunday afternoon workshops are for students who are comfortable with Brazilian zouk basics and vertical variations. For District Zouk students, you should be at least in Fundamentals classes or above.
