Nourish Her is an intimate wellness gathering designed to explore the connection between mental health and the body in a warm, community-centered setting.

Hosted by Purple Rose Petals x BlckGirlThings, this thoughtfully curated experience will feature a relaxed, fireside chat style conversation focused on how nourishment, hormones, stress, and lifestyle impact emotional wellbeing.

Topics we’ll explore include:
