This four-week class meets on Wednesdays, September 17, 24, October 1, and 8. Each session is 2 hours.
This four-week class is a beginner’s guide to sketch comedy that will take you from a premise to a fully realized sketch. This course will walk you through the elements of a sketch and how to write good sketches; it also features workshop sessions where you’ll do read-throughs and get feedback on the writing assignments you’ll be preparing. You’ll walk away with a solid grounding in the foundations of sketch comedy, as well as the knowledge of how to craft and write sketches of your own.
