Intro to Heels for Pole

Heels are aesthetically pleasing, but also a great weighted workout! Here we will focus on safety, flow, control, and strength. This is a beginners level and requires at least 3 prior attended pole classes to sign up. We will also be working with footwork between the floor and pole, so knee pads are encouraged
(please no loose sparkles on heels).
