Full Moon in Capricorn

Many of us are used to the idea of a moon cycle lasting a month or about 29 days. But each moon cycles through a particular astrological sign every 6 months from New Moon to Full Moon then back again. The last New Moon in Capricorn took place on December 30 2024. On July 10 2025 we will reach the Full Moon in this same sign. What has grown for you during these six months? What do you want to leave behind as we move through to the next phase?

July’s Full Moon brings attention to the societal tendency towards stoicism the messages we receive from our communities about sticking it out and not showing vulnerability. We are encouraged to check in with our emotions and self-management to ensure we are balancing our personal needs and desires with the needs of our commitments. What insights have you been receiving from your intuition about your emotions? How can you take action to cultivate strength in your vulnerability?

This event will feature discussions around self-care self-parenting and how we can find that strength in our openness. We will do a cord cutting activity to let go of what is holding us back from our authentic emotional expression. Journaling and meditation may also be included based on the feelings of the group.

It is recommended that you bring a yoga mat a journal and anything you may want for meditation. We will enjoy some light refreshments at the end of the event you’re welcome to bring something to share but please don’t feel obligated!
