Nathan Frost is a coffee roaster and brewer driven by curiosity, craft, and community. His background in specialty coffee spans from hands-on barista work to green coffee selection and production roasting, giving him a holistic understanding of the coffee journey from seed to cup.

Nathan is particularly passionate about small-batch roasting, where transparency and intentionality shape every decision. He believes coffee should be more than just a beverage -it’s a shared experience that connects people across tables, cultures, and continents. Through Apiary Coffee Co., he works to highlight producers’ stories and translate their hard work into memorable flavors, always with an eye toward sustainability and long-term impact.
