What you will be doing
Flexibility Flow will help participants in focusing on connecting breath to movement in a hatha vinyasa style with restorative elements. Erika will be slowing down the flow to connect to the breath and use the breath to respond to challenging poses. The group will be working through the whole body with modifications, alternatives poses, and variations offered to make the flows accessible for all ability levels. Participants are asked to bring their own mats, towels, water, and any other props that they need for support.
