Join Insight Dialogue teachers Sue Brown and Bhante Sukhacitto for a weekend of cultivating caring presence without attachment. No prior experience with Insight Dialogue is necessary. Some familiarity with silent meditation is helpful, but what matters most is a spirit of curiosity. This will be a space of shared exploration—an opportunity to steady the heart, nourish compassion, and practice awareness together in community.
Sue Brown has practiced Insight Dialogue since 2006 and taught it since 2011, co-leading a weekly sangha and supporting residential retreats. Her background as an attorney and mediator informs her deep relational approach.
Ordained as a Theravāda monk in 1990, Bhante Sukhacitto has shared Insight Dialogue internationally for nearly two decades, offering a bridge between silent meditation and the dynamics of everyday life.
