Falling Into Yourself: Poetry and Yoga

A trauma-informed, healing space blending restorative yoga, poetry writing, drumming, and storytelling, designed to help participants reconnect to themselves and their creative expression. We'll begin with mindful movement to release tension and open our creative centers, then engage in guided poetry exercises that invite deep self-reflection and authentic expression. The session concludes with an opportunity to share your work aloud to fellow community members. No prior yoga or writing experience necessary—just an openness to explore and connect with yourself and others in a supportive, creative environment.
