Join us at Flow With Coco on Saturday, February 28th for a beautifully guided afternoon of self-reflection, creativity, and community connection.

This experience will be facilitated by Wisdom-Ife Baker, who will lead guests through intentional journaling, meaningful reflection prompts, and a creative beaded affirmation bracelet-making experience.

In honor of Black History Month, we’ll explore the ways love of self, community, and collective history shapes how we care for ourselves and show up for one another. Our guiding theme is:
“Love yourself. Love the world. Interconnectedness in action.”

Info: Guests will arrive and ease into the experience with a brief journal decorating activity.

Info: The workshop will open with brief introductions and an overview of the flow, followed by three meaningful and reflective journaling prompts. Guests will then be invited into a safe, supportive group discussion and shared reflection.

Info: Beading time! Participants will then break off for bracelet crafting, creative expression, and connect in community.

Info: The experience will close with shared gratitude and optional group photos to celebrate the moment and community.
