Looking for a different way to meet people—one that feels good for your body and your nervous system? This is wellness, movement, and connection—done together.

We’re bringing together Alchemy Collective, Peared, and Be. Social Wellness Club for a one-of-a-kind experience designed to spark real connections through shared movement and presence. It blends a workout, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), and post-sweat hangs with coffee and local vendors.

🔥 HIIT Workout by Alchemy Collective(10-10:40AM, check-in starts at 9:30AM ) Kick things off with a high-energy, all-levels HIIT class led by an experienced instructor. Expect sweat, endorphins, and a supportive group vibe. Please bring your own mat.

❄️🔥 Contrast Therapy by Be. Social Wellness Club (10:45-12:00pm) After the workout, drop into deep recovery with guided access to sauna + cold plunge. Boost circulation, calm your nervous system, and challenge yourself—together. While you are welcome to sauna and plunge in workout gear (ie. sports bra and shorts), you may be more comfortable in a swimsuit. Please bring a change of clothes and towel.

☕ Coffee & Social (Throughout) Refuel and reconnect with coffee and offerings from local wellness vendors (Matcha for purchase by Jane Coffee & Matcha). This is your chance to mingle, chat, and meet new people in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.

Whether you come with friends or solo, this event is about feeling good, meeting people, and leaving more energized than when you arrived.
