1:30PM: Begin Parade Line Up (3400 12th Street NE at St. Anthony Catholic Church)

2:00PM: Parade begins south on the 12th Street sidewalk to Noyes Park

2:15PM-4:30PM: Enjoy a family-friendly Halloween Party at Noyes Park (Franklin Street between 10th and 12th Streets, NE)
