Join us for the 10th Annual Scarecrow 5K & 10K!
Celebrate a decade of fun, fitness, and community spirit at the 10th Annual Scarecrow 5K & 10K!
Our flat, scenic course starts in historic downtown, follows the bike path to Chrisman Park and beyond (depending on your distance), and loops back to the heart of downtown—all on a safe, paved bike path with no street running.
Race Details:
🏃 5K: $30 ($5 early bird discount for first 50 registrants) – $35 on race day
🏃 10K: $35 ($5 early bird discount for first 25 registrants) – $40 on race day
Awards:
Top 3 male and top 3 female finishers in both the 5K and 10K will receive awards.
Run with Purpose:
Proceeds benefit The United Way of Fayette County, supporting 23 local programs and organizations—from helping seniors and special needs individuals to serving the homeless, food-insecure families, and even sponsoring the Dolly Parton Imagination Library for over 1,070 local children.

After your race, stick around for a day full of food, arts and crafts, rides, and entertainment at the festival downtown.
