Learn How To Bake Sourdough Bread at the Homestead

Come to the homestead and learn how to bake sourdough bread!

With this hands-on class, you will leave knowing how to bake bread for years to come! Learn how to maintain a sourdough starter, mix up dough, shape dough, bread proofing, baking and taste some bread!

You will leave this class with the knowledge of baking bread and a sourdough kit that includes an active sourdough starter, bread lame, proofing basket, mixing bowl to transport your dough, flour sack towel, and dough for two loaves of bread to bake at home (if time, we will bake one loaf during the class)

Class is $100 (Class size is limited to 4)
