Ambient Sound Bath

A full hour of stress-reducing sound meditation

Join the Art Harder Collective on a mini vacation for your nervous system. Practice meditating to a soundscape painted by three expert musicians. Two sessions are available, each lasting approximately 1 hour.

Venue: The Kavanagh Gallery at Fine Line
