Lighten up and reclaim your body wisdom! This talk introduces nervous system literacy as a path of awareness—learning to recognize both survival and restorative states as signals rather than flaws. With this compassionate understanding, we discover how somatic and spiritual practices together support us in anchoring safety, restoring balance, and aligning with embodied wholeness.
