Stillness & Sparkle: A Yule Meditation and Craft Gathering

Step out of the holiday rush and into an hour of peace, presence, and quiet joy with this class that is part-meditation, part-craft, and all self-care. You’ll begin with a soothing guided meditation and then move on to a hands-on craft: creating your own “Light of Yule” candle jar using natural, fragrant elements like evergreens, cinnamon sticks, and dried oranges. As the candles glow, you’ll share soft music, healthy seasonal treats, and a few reflections on the turning of the year. You’ll leave with a handmade symbol of hope, a calmer heart, and the reminder that the best gift you can give yourself is presence. All supplies and refreshments provided for only $25!
