Guided meditation & Soundbath

Tickets are now on sale for my next soundbath at Chase Meadow Community Centre in Warwick on Sunday 6 July 2025 at 6:35pm - 8pm. 🎫

Book your space (link in bio) come along and simply rest for the hour whilst I guide you through a soundscape journey. 😴

No experience needed. Bring along a mat to lie down on, blankets, pillows, eye mask, bottle of water and anything else that will make you comfortable for the hour. ⛺️ 😂

Life can be tough, give yourself permission to relax and recharge. We all need time for ourselves. ❤️
