February Foundation Games Course. Our Foundations are not about drills but connecting in a way that is more like play than training for your dog. There is no pressure or expectation to perform - only curiosity & the desire to engage with you in safety. Done well, it should feel like a game & play becomes learning. Skills become a part of your relationship. Obsessing over position, precision & outcomes can obscure the real magic that should happen first. For a dog to choose to engage, they need to feel safe to try, to fail & to explore. Build a partnership that can deal with pressure, complexity & challenges down the track.
