Warsztat Wubu Bafa

Warszawa, 17-18 maja 2025

Warsztat będzie poświęcony formie Wubu Bafa – Pięć Kroków Osiem metod stylu Wu 武 Taijiquan w przekazie mistrza Zhai Weichuan z Guangfu – kolebki stylów Yang i Wu, znanego jako „Miasto Tai Chi”.

Podczas warsztatu ćwiczyć będziemy ruchy formy Wubu Bafa, poznawać koncepcje teoretyczne na których się ona opiera, praktyczne aplikacje ruchów, i powiązane z nimi ćwiczenia tui shou. Tym razem większy nacisk będzie położony na tui shou.

Warsztat przeznaczony jest dla osób:

które poznały formę Wubu Bafa podczas szkolenia z mistrzem Zhai Weichuan w Guangfu, w Chinach
lub podczas naszych zajęć w Warszawie,

Plan zajęć:

Sobota 25 stycznia – 16:00-20:00
Niedziela 26 stycznia – 9:00-13:00
