Timba to nowoczesna forma muzyki salsy kubańskiej, ma wspaniałą różnorodność dźwięków i stylów, wywodzących się z korzeni kultury kubańskiej i nie tylko, a ponieważ dobrzy tancerze podążają za muzyką, bardzo mądrze jest znać składniki muzyki timba: Salsa, Son, Rumba (guaguancó, Columbia, Yambu itp.), folklor afro-kubański (Yoruba i Orishas, bantù i palo, ararà, abakua itp.), bomba, despelote, reggaeton itp.
Na tym kursie głęboko skupiamy się na każdym pojedynczym elemencie, technice i teorii uczenia się, ćwiczymy izolowane elementy, następnie łączymy je w sekwencje, a następnie używamy ich w salsie, tworząc nasz styl salsy!
Każdy element będzie studiowany od zera, podstawy salsy są wymagane. Te zajęcia są dla każdego tancerza salsy, kubańskiej lub liniowej, ponieważ dzisiaj nawet muzyka salsy tańczona w linii (mambo, salsa LA, portoricana) czerpie wiele inspiracji z kubańskich korzeni salsy.

Wanna improve your salsa style? Wanna deep your knowledge into all the components of Timba (Salsa Cubana) Music and Dance style?
Timba is the modern form of Cuban Salsa Music, it has a wonderful variety of sounds and styles, coming from the roots of the cuban culture and not only, and, as good dancers follow the music, it’s very smart to know the components of the timba music: Salsa, Son, Rumba (guaguancó, Columbia, Yambu, etc.), folklore Afro-cubano (Yoruba & Orishas, bantù & palo, ararà, abakua, etc.), bomba, despelote, reggaeton, etc.
In this course we deeply focus on each and every single elements, learning technique and theory, and we practise the isolated elements, then we combine them in sequences, then we use them in salsa, to form our salsa style!
Every element will be studied from zero, the salsa basics are required. This classes is for every salsa dancer, Cuban or line, as today even the salsa music danced in line (mambo, salsa LA, portoricana) is takes a lot of influence from the Cuban roots of salsa.
