Learning to Trap Raccoons

Whether you'd like to harvest raccoons to lower their populations in your area and benefit ground nesting birds, for pelts, meat or just for enjoyment and recreation, you'll learn everything you need to know at this program. We will learn about the most popular and effective types of traps and equipment and how to use them. We'll scout some raccoon habitat and we'll also make some very effective trap sets. In addition, we'll also learn how to skin a raccoon and prepare its pelt for tanning.
