Tour de V Centre - Warrnambool Launch

This is the opening event for the very first Tour de V Centre!

For anyone who has a connection to the military veteran community in the Warrnambool region and surrounds, we warmly invite you to come along.

Liz is a veteran from Mount Gambier who organised a group of women to do a cycle ride in honor of Nancy Wake, a WWII resistance member, aka 'White Mouse' - an Australian married to a Frenchman. He was killed for his resistance work, but Nancy survived.

Nancy's most remarkable feat was to ride from a village in Puy de Dome, through Montlucon, Bourges and Issoudun to Chateauroux and back, a distance of nearly 500 kilometres in 72 hours, in order to get a radio message through to London.

Paul is a qualified and practising Pharmacist, high altitude mountaineer, full time dad, ultra runner, motivational speaker, property developer, student and sometime adventure racer!

He has climbed major peaks on all seven continents and competed in some of Australia and the world's toughest ultra-marathons.

Locals will already know Paul!
