Sober psychedelics use sound, light, touch, and breath to guide the brain into altered states of consciousness. These states mirror the expansive landscapes often opened by psychedelic medicines: the barriers drop, the unconscious rises, and what is hidden becomes visible. Here, you can meet yourself at the deepest level—your beliefs, your stories, your shadows—and rewire them into something entirely new.
In this immersive group experience, held at Safe Space
Psychotherapy (Warrnambool), we will work with:
• Silent disco headphones to create your own private inner journey, while remaining connected to the collective field.
• Bilateral stimulation—a rhythmic left-right flow of sound—that forms the spine of the experience. This is a scientifically grounded method for shifting the nervous system, loosening rigid patterns, and opening direct pathways into the unconscious.
• Curated soundscapes, breath, and guidance to deepen the altered state and support you in the alchemy of self-rewiring.
Alchemy is the ancient art of turning lead into gold. In this context, it is the art of turning fear into clarity, resistance into flow, and limitation into possibility. By entering altered states sober, you learn to become your own alchemist—transforming your beliefs from the inside out and stepping into the highest alignment of who you are meant to be.
What to expect
• A welcoming group environment where you are free to explore inwards.
• A personal “inner journey” experience using silent disco technology.
• Guided practices that support release, insight, and integration.
• Time for grounding and reflection to bring your new awareness back into daily life.
This is not performance, therapy, or entertainment—it is a living practice of rewiring your mind and body for transformation.
About the Facilitator
Jinny Klink is a psychotherapist and the founder of Safe Space Psychotherapy in Warrnambool. Her clinical work weaves together deep trauma healing, neuroscience, and altered states of consciousness, offering clients a grounded yet expansive path to transformation.
Outside her private practice, Jinny creates group experiences for people who want to go beyond talk-based methods and into the terrain of the unconscious. Through innovative approaches such as bilateral stimulation, guided inner journeys, and what she calls sober psychedelics, she supports participants in rewiring their beliefs, releasing old patterns, and stepping into the fullest expression of themselves.
