Mamars Bread Making Classes

Breadmaking is a real joy. The feel, the smell, the taste! There really is nothing better than making your own bread & eating it! You will learn how to make, shape and bake both Sourdough and Yeasted Breads for just £65pp.

So, two techniques (very different), lots of fun, and lots of learning. 3 loaves. A bag of flour. A pot of starter culture.

Mamar has now taught over 100 bakers and is always happy to share learning & understanding beyond the class. You’ll also get refreshments, getting the most fantastic foodie experience in our amazing Artisan Bakery & Delicatessen.

The class is taught by Mamar (Sonia), our head bread baker, with extra support for larger class sizes, though we limit numbers to 10, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
