A Parody of Classic Cozy Mysteries

📅 Auditions:
Monday, August 11th, 2025 – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Tuesday, August 12th, 2025 – 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM
📍 Warrenton Cultural Center
Actors need only attend one audition date. Cold reads from the script will be provided.
👥 Cast Needs:
5–6 Male Roles | 6 Female Roles
Teens and children of all experience levels are welcome to audition. British accents encouraged but not required.
🗓️ First Rehearsal:
Monday, September 1st, 2025 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
(Labor Day – Parents are asked to attend a brief overview at the start of rehearsal. If unavailable, we’ll provide a recap at pickup.)

A storm is brewing over Bleak House Drift—and murder is in the forecast! Join the hilariously sharp Jayne Mayple as she arrives at Regent Manor just in time for Lady Imperia Regent’s dramatic will reading, which turns deadly before the night is through. With an ensemble of delightfully absurd suspects, unexpected twists, and witty British charm, Murder at Regent Manor is a fast-paced parody of your favorite mystery tales.
📍 Set in: 1950s England
⏱️ Run Time: Approximately 80 minutes
📦 Setting: A grand, stuffy sitting room in a British manor

A self-aware amateur sleuth
A not-so-beloved matriarch
