Ruck and Roll

We will be hosting a Ruck and Roll in honor of Veterans day. We will step off from the gym at noon and ruck 8 miles around town. We will then return and have an open mat at the gym. Everyone is welcome and all participants are encourage to make a donation to the WeDefy Foundation. WeDefy is a organization that promotes Veterans training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu by paying for a year of training.
