Recreational Sessions Begin: Recreational Hip Hop, Sideline Cheer, Preschool Combo

Recreational Hip Hop (Ages 5-12 yrs): Join us for this fun 8-week hip hop dance class! During this session, we’ll learn fundamental skills in tricks, footwork and a full routine. The students will then perform at our Fall Showcase with our competitive cheer and dance teams on Nov. 9! This session begins Sept. 17 with class being on Wednesdays from 6-6:45 p.m

Recreational Sideline Cheerleading (Ages 5-12 yrs): This class will be Tuesdays 6:15-7 p.m. beginning Sept. 16. During this session, they will learn sideline chants, halftime cheers, cheer jumps, motions and stunting. Athletes will cheer at a University of Central Missouri football game on Oct. 11 as well as perform at Twisters’ Fall Showcase on Nov. 9 with all of our competitive cheer and dance teams!

Preschool Combo Dance Class (Ages 2-5 yrs): Our tap & ballet combo class will also kick off Sept. 17. We'll learn fundamental skills and two routines. At the end of the 8-week session, dancers will perform at our Fall Showcase with our competitive cheer and dance teams on Nov. 9! We are switching to a new costume for 2025! Once you buy the costume once, you don't have to purchase it again for the rest of the year! Class is on Wednesdays from 5:15-6 p.m.
