The 18th Annual Warrens Community Easter Breakfast is Saturday, March 28, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., at the Warrens Community Building. The breakfast is free and open to all Warrens area residents.
The event is sponsored by the Warrens Lions Club, Warrens Community Meals, Warrens Area Youth Association, Clovers & Cranberries 4-H Club and the Thrivent Action Team.
The menu includes pancakes, sausages, fruit, cranberry juice, milk and coffee served by the Warrens Lions Club and Warrens Community Meals. The Clovers & Cranberries 4-H Club will make dyed Easter eggs.
The Warrens Area Youth Association has invited the Easter bunny to visit from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Treats for all the good little girls and boys will be provided. Bring your camera or smart phone if you’d like a photo.
Returning this year is a card-making station. Attendees can make an Easter card for residents of area nursing homes or to take along to give a family member.
As in past years monetary donations will be accepted for the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Food Pantry. The Warrens Lions Club will match the donations collected up to $500.
NOTE: The Easter breakfast is taking the place of the March Warrens Community Meal.
