Join us in honoring our very own Cassandra "Cassie" Gray with a few familiar faces back behind the bar. ✨
Cassie was a beloved friend and bartender here at Sal's for years and tragically passed away with her youngest son Otto on New Year's Day in 2021. The loss of them both left the community and our Salvatore's family speechless.
For those who knew and loved Cassie, you know that her boys were her entire world and she had the best 🌱👍🏼 green thumb. Her family, garden, plants, flowers and homemade honey were always a topic of conversation! 🍯🌷🪴
We at Salvatore's have decided that the best way to keep Cassie's memory alive would be to host this annual event — with all proceeds going to her surviving son, Simon, who is a thriving, beautiful little boy!
Simon's Garden is a college fund we created in honor of Cassie — where proceeds from each of these events will help contribute to her son Simon’s future tuition and college expenses. 🎓📚
We hope that if you ever knew Cassie, or even if you didn't, that you'd come out to our event and help us to give back to her dear family in the best way we know how. ❤️
