PūrPower Fundamentals Workshop

Whether you're new to power yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this Fundamentals Workshop will enhance your understanding of power yoga principles, and the poses featured in our PūrPower Signature Classes.

Join Trissa in a supportive and engaging environment as she guides you through foundational postures, detailed alignment tips, and breathwork techniques, all focused on building a strong and safe practice.

Questions are welcome throughout the workshop, and no prior yoga experience is needed!
