Breathe to Expand: A Community Breathwork Journey

Breathwork is a somatic practice that goes beyond relaxation — it’s a way to access deeper layers of the body and subconscious through intentional breathing. It's a way to get precise with your nervous system. By shifting how you breathe, you can quiet the thinking mind, open space for emotions to move, and invite the body to release what it’s been carrying.

If you’ve ever felt “stuck” in old patterns or overwhelmed by stress, your body may be holding on to more than your mind can process. This trauma-informed breathwork class with Jess Morrison offers a safe space to shift out of survival mode and reconnect with a deeper sense of ease. Through intentional breathing, you’ll access the body’s innate ability to release tension, regulate the nervous system, and experience a greater sense of clarity and calm. Jess weaves in her background in somatic and parts work to help you feel supported and empowered throughout the journey. Open to all—no prior experience needed.
