Prenatal Chair Yoga

Shan's style of Chair Yoga is a gentle, but effective class that is done completely seated. By adapting yoga poses with a chair, you will receive all the benefits of yoga (think flexibility, balance, and strengthening) without the stress of getting up and down off the floor. This class also incorporates deep relaxation and breathwork to give you the full mind-body experience in a format that is ideal for and accessible to both pregnant and postpartum women. Reconnect with your body through a self care practice that is sure to leave you feeling light, positive, and empowered.
