Pelvic Health in Exercise- Harriet Peatman, Specialist Physiotherapist in Pelvic Health

The content of this workshop aims to provide lots of information to help you exercise for a strong, healthier pelvic floor.

The content will include:

Anatomy of the pelvic floor and why things might go wrong.
Types of pelvic floor problems.
Lifestyle tricks to improve pelvic floor health for the long term.
How to do pelvic floor exercises well.
How to integrate pelvic floor exercise into your workout to keep it functional.

Most of the session will involve information provided by Harriet but there will be a practical element so please come in comfortable clothing. There will be plenty of time for questions and general discussion is encouraged.
