Gardening Workshop - Seed Saving & Food Preservation

As the growing season comes to a close, it’s time to store what you can for the winter months and save seeds to grow next year. We’ll discuss some techniques including roasting peppers, saving tomato seeds, and curing squash and onions. Our presenter will be Roberta McQuaid, author of the weekly “In the Garden” column for Turley Publications.
