Everyone is welcome to come along and join in our FREE mini workshops.
Open Day is a great opportunity to come along and try out any classes your thinking of joining in 2026, meet our Coaching Team, grab all the info about our Teams in 2026 or pratice our skills before attending our Competitive Team Try Outs.
Each workshop is approx 20-30 mins long and will be a miniture version of what you can expect in our regular team training classes.
