FREE TRANSITION & RESOURCE FAIR

Community Based Services (CBS), in collaboration with Dutchess County and Think Differently, will host a Transition Fair on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at Wappingers Junior High School. This event is for professionals and families of transition-aged students (12-21 years old) to learn about the service and program options available while planning for life after high school in Dutchess County and the surrounding areas.

The fair will provide valuable information on available resources, programs, and opportunities to help families navigate the transition into adulthood and plan for their children’s future.
