Colleen comes to us from Colorado and is bringing the beauty of slow flow to our studio space.
Come and flow and feel good in your body while finding release and restoration through slow and intentional movement.

About Colleen!
I love music and movement. Yoga helps me get out of my head and into my body by connecting me to the moment. After my class, you will leave feeling balanced and optimistic. My teaching style is passionate and playful.
My favorite yoga pose: Backbends – i.e. Camel, Cobra, Wild Thing
Outside the studio, you will find me reading or organizing.
