Join us for a Hot Buti Class.
This class is going to be warm! So I want you to be prepared by keeping in mind the following things:
1. Don’t eat a large meal before class, but do have a healthy snack of fruit and/or protein about an hour before class.
2. Do hydrate well before class by sipping water all morning (don’t chug a lot of water just prior to class).
—-hydrate well the day prior by drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces—ps, that’s how much water you should be drinking every day.
3. The room is going to be hot. About 80 degrees hot, so bring a couple hand towels, and your water with you.
4. Don’t wear baggy clothing.
5. Do bring a mat if you have one.
Overall, be prepared to sweat your booty off, and experience a new kind of class. You will be reminded continually to honor your body and keep your practice safe.
