Chakra Balancing Yoga Workshop
Join us for a deeply nourishing yoga workshop designed to bring harmony to your body, mind, and energy system. In this experience, we’ll explore the seven chakras—the body’s primary energy centers—and how imbalances within them can show up as physical tension, emotional blocks, mental overwhelm, or a sense of disconnection.
Through a thoughtfully sequenced yoga practice, breathwork, guided meditation, and intentional awareness, we’ll work to clear stagnant energy and restore balance to each chakra. As the chakras come back into alignment, the nervous system softens, the mind becomes clearer, and the body is better able to self-regulate and heal.
