Waves of Wisdom

Welcome to 'Waves of Wisdom' – a sacred space where we attune to the rhythm of the ocean, the pull of the moon, and the deep currents within ourselves. An in-person community sanctuary for spiritual seekers, healers, empaths, and intuitives – ready to reconnect with the wisdom carried within and woven into our very DNA.

Under the full moon in Pisces – and during a total lunar eclipse – we began a journey of release, renewal, and remembrance. These celestial energies invite us to return to our true selves _ who we are beneath the surface.

Our intentions become focused and amplified, each cycle of renewal and beginning anew.

Each month, as we gather here by the majestic Atlantic, we deepen our understanding as we are guided by the healing qualities of water and the moon's reflective presence. Water teaches us how to soften, flow and transform. The moon—especially in her fullness—illuminates what’s ready to be seen and released, while the new moon helps us to step into and create a new chapter. Together, they offer a mirror – reflecting back our intuition, resilience and capacity to evolve. What would you like to create?

Each gathering offers an immersive experience with practical tools, healing energy, and a reconnection to the water element within – our emotions, our ability to ebb and flow, and the subtle tides that shape our inner landscape.

Let’s begin by listening—to the waves, to the moon, and to the quiet wisdom within.

Each session is lovingly co-created by Cat Mayor and Jennifer Winters-Runolfsson, long time friends. Together, we blend our years of experience in Reiki, Spiritual Guidance, Trance Mediumship, Ayurveda, and Aromatherapy to create sacred space for healing, growth and meaningful connection – with a shared intention to support your release, renewal, alignment and empowerment.

Exchange: $44 (pay in cash at event or pay here plus fees)

Location: Jones Beach Field 6 (on the boardwalk between East & West Bathhouses)

* held along our spectacular Long Island shoreline or aboard the Sunrise catamaran as it gets chillier! Please do bring a blanket for warmth and a chair if you've got one.*
