VPAM Female Self Protection Workshop

GMA are pleased to offer another VPAM UK workshop at the request of GMA juniors Mums!

This will be a mix of theory and practical skills aimed at non martial artists but also suitable for those who do practice them. All females welcome, whatever fitness level you're at and whatever your personal experience of self protection.

Cost is £25 each or £20 each if you sign up in a group of 3.
