Teeth form an important aspect of our well-being. This talk will highlight how and why the condition of our teeth has changed through the ages and what this means going forward. Paul will explain how both the natural and behavioural sciences are central to these changes, how a number of powerful industries are influential in determining levels of health, and the role of self-care as a key factor.
Professor Paul Batchelor is involved in a number of health policy areas covering care delivery. He has acted as an advisor to a number of Governments on dental care reform and integration of delivery arrangements.
