Rooted in ancient yogic teachings, this practice offers a gentle yet powerful exploration of posture, energy, and awareness — where movement meets stillness, and effort softens into ease.
With eyes often closed and attention turned inward, you’ll be guided to experience how āsana becomes meditation, and how body and breath become gateways to your innermost self.
This class invites you to slow down, move mindfully, and begin your week in a nourishing way, held in a relaxed and supportive environment. We begin and end with a short meditation, and explore each posture as a living expression of presence.
This is an opportunity to reset, and reconnect to yourself, available to all levels of experience.

About Your Guide:
Radha is a seasoned yoga practitioner and meditation teacher (E-RYT500) with over a decade of experience sharing the ancient wisdom of Yoga as a holistic path of healing and presence. Her classes are heartfelt, spacious, and deeply rooted in both traditional teachings and embodied awareness.
