Governance Essentials workshop

These workshops are a collaboration between Sport Whanganui and The Wheelhouse.
We look at the differences between governance and operations and the role of the committee/board. The goal is to de-mystify what governance is and discover what it means to be on a governing committee. The workshop will cover roles & responsibilities, effective processes, templates & resources.
