The Fern Walk will take you through beautiful native bush, with lots of native trees to see, including tōtara, matai, rimu and kahikatea. The birdlife is abundant throughout the area so keep your eye out for birds such as the Tūī, Fantail, Bellbird and Kererū Wood Pigeon. Please note that this walk is on Friday with it being Matariki
DISTANCE: 5.5km
ELEVATION GAIN: 170m
