Conscious connected breathwork is designed to support healing, insight and inner transformation. This is a simple yet powerful process involving practices to activate & relax the nervous system, contemplations to prepare the mind/ body for the journey and captivating music for the main practice.
ANCESTRAL HEALING - Our ancestors live within us — woven through our DNA, our energy, and our storylines. They influence how we see the world, how we move through life, and even how we experience our emotions and physical body. We carry not only their pain, grief, and limitations, but also their strength, mana, and ancient wisdom.
In this sacred gathering, we will journey safely and deeply into the ancestral lines — both energetic and physical — to explore what we are carrying on their behalf. Together, we’ll uncover where these imprints live within the body and emotional field, and connect with the ancestor or ancient one who is ready to step forward with pure intention and unconditional love.
Not all ancestors are ready to come through in a healing way, which is why we hold this work in a grounded, protected, and heart-centered space. As we bring love and awareness into these lines, we begin to repair what has been severed, release old storylines carried across generations, and restore harmony to both the past and future.
